Rollin' Ice at Silver Creek Sportsplex is the Bay Area's premier roller hockey facility, home to recreational leagues for youth and adults; several nationally respected travel hockey organizations; and three AIHL professional roller hockey teams.

For skaters

Our outstanding team of instructors is led by David Maley, a former San Jose Shark and Stanley Cup winner who founded Rollin' Ice in 1996.

We'll cover a wide range of skills including:

  • Skating
  • Power skating
  • Passing
  • Shooting
  • Stick handling
  • Flow drills
  • Scrimmages

Required Equipment

    • H.E.C.C. Approved Helmet with full face Cage
    • Mouthguard
    • Elbow Pad and Knee/Shin Pads
    • Gloves and Stick (no BLACK TAPE)
    • Skates (no Brakes allowed)

For goalies

The position of goalie requires specialized instruction. Our Goalie Clinics includes hand-eye/foot-hand drills to improve reaction time, intense agility, flexibility, balance and endurance training to increase your speed and confidence in the net.

We combine this knowledge with a fun and a positive learning environment which results in immediate improvement! Let us help you in developing your skill level to play at your maximum potential.

Attendees can expect to leave the clinic with new skills and the knowledge needed to improve on their goal tending techniques in order to give themselves and their teams a better chance at success.
