Customer Service Representative

$20 - $22 per hour

Food & Beverage @ The Plex provides three restaurants and a bar for our customers and guests: Flights Restaurant, Sushi Confidential, Pizza at the Plex by Bibos. We are currently hiring for full or part time Customer Service Representative for our Beer Wall in our Food & Beverage area.


Schedule: Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.


Primary Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

  • Ensure all guests entering the venue are greeted appropriately and swiftly and that they are provided the most up to date information regarding the programs, activities, and food & beverage offered.
  • Escort all patrons to their desired location within the facility.
  • Create an inviting and relaxed atmosphere in the facility by adjusting the music and lighting.
  • Answer all phone calls.
  • Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy, including but not limited to food & beverage and onsite activities.
  • Monitor and observe guest’s experience to ensure they are satisfied and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
  • Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

Food & Beverage:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of the restaurant, tap wall desk, and entire facility.
  • Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, taking out trash, or stocking and cleaning bathroom.
  • Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize tables or counters after guests have finished dining.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 year experience in bartending strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required.
  • Previous experience and ability to handle money and proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system
  • Basic understanding of beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism when interacting with guests and dealing with guest complaints
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, or in accordance with state law.
