Free Guest Day – The Plex Athletic Club

Guests can explore our state-of-the-art fitness equipment, enjoy the pool, join group fitness classes, and experience the club community firsthand. Participants learn essential skills like balance, standing up safely, marching, and gliding while getting comfortable on wheels and meeting our hockey training staff.
