Half-Rox: A HYROX-Style Mini Event at The Plex Athletic Club

Join us for Half-Rox, a HYROX-style mini event at The Plex Athletic Club designed to give participants a firsthand look at the race experience in a fun and supportive environment. The workout will include running and functional fitness stations like rowing, sled pushes, burpees, and walking lunges. Whether you’re new to HYROX or looking for a new fitness challenge, Half-Rox is a great way to experience the format and train with the Plex Athletic Club community. Check out event details here.

Featured Friday Open SkateKick off your weekend with Friday Open Skate at The Plex. Our first evening session is the perfect way to roll into the weekend with friends and family.
