Adult Beginner Classes
Our Adult Beginner League is the perfect way for any new player to get started in the game of hockey! The goal is to help first-time players earn game experience and learn how our leagues work. Each team will have a coach that is trained in teaching beginners and will help you grow into a better team player as well as an individual.

Adult Goalie Classes
The Adult Goalie class is the perfect class for any range of goalie looking to improve their shot-stopping skills. Whether it’s your first time strapping on the pads, or you are a tournament-winning goalie, this class is perfect for you. This class is taught by Dave Inouye, who is one of the premier coaches in the sport, as well as you will have the help of a few of our up-and-coming goalies from our travel teams here at The Plex.

At The Plex, we offer Adult Roller Hockey Classes available for all ages and skill levels. Whether you are just learning how to skate or looking to elevate your skills, our Hockey Trainers are here to help. We have Roller Hockey Classes for everyone!
